Fibresand was first used at the Riverside stadium in 1995 in our high wear areas – goalmouths, centre circle- with great success. The pitch was totally reconstructed in 2006 and we opted to use Fibresand, because it gives us a true, fast, stable and free draining playing surface which is versatile and receptive to all forms of pitch management techniques. end
